How long will it take to receive my refund?

When you request for your booking to be cancelled, we will action this request with the relevant supplier/s in your travel booking. Suppliers can take upwards of 12 weeks to process a refund.

Once we receive your refund back from the supplier/s, we will contact you and arrange a refund back to the original payment method you paid your travel arrangements with.
