My flight was cancelled, what do I do?

Should you receive a notification that your flights have been cancelled, there is no need to stress. 

For online bookings, call 1300 435 569 to talk to our Call Centre team.

For in-store bookings, please reach out to the branch where you made the reservation or your local Hunter Travel Group store. You can also find your Travel Advisor’s contact information and branch details in your travel documents.

If you need assistance outside of normal trading hours and are currently travelling or are about to travel within the next 72 hours, please contact our Emergency Assist Team.
